Ekaterina Zagorskaia
- is a former rhythmic gymnast born in Russia, Saint-Petersburg.
Master of sports in Rhytmic and Aerobic Gymnastics, the winner of International tournaments and World cup series in rhythmic and aerobic gymnastics. After her sport retirement in 2013 with her husband and partner Julien they created "Duo Vitaly" International acrobatic and aerial acts performing all over the world in the famous world-class shows, cabaret, circus and on major cruise lines.
Julien Chaninet
- Born in Lyon, France. Julien has a 17 years of artistic gymnastics career and then few years later became the winner of European, World and World Games Сhampion in aerobic gymnastics.
Since 2022 Ekaterina and Julien created and present own headliner 45-minutes show and also starring in award winning production shows sharing their passion and experience with audiences.
History
We met each other at the end of 2012 during an international competition of World Cup series in sports aerobics gymnastics in the Czech Republic.
Julien was at the end of his sports career and dreamed of continuing his journey in the show as an artist, so he was looking for a partner. He proposed to Ekaterina to create together an acrobatic duo and called it "Duo Vitaly".
We started working together since 2013. It was a long and difficult way, because we lived in different countries, training process was complicated by this. Our artistic career started with acrobatic adage. Over time, having several acrobatic acts we worked in "Music Hall" theater in Saint-Petersburg, participated in French Sport Events "Eric Favre Sport Games", Opening Ceremony of Winter Olympic Games 2014 in Sochi, performed in French Cabarets, Circus and Gala-shows, private events.
In 2016 we started exploring a new circus genre - aerial gymnastics and then created aerial duo and solo acts.
In 2017 started working with "Princess Cruises" company on board the newest ship "Majestic Princess".
In 2019 we were part of the famous Ohlala show in Switzerland.
In 2022 we created own 45 minutes show "Le Grand Voyage" and performing on the Norwegian and other major cruise line.
